I can not guarantee you that this mod is 100% safe from being banned, but i can minimize the banned risk up to 98% as long as you follow my guidance
Why 98% its because the rest 2% is depend on your playstyle and report from other playerPlaystyle means your behavior when using mod "dont make it too obvious" it will lead you to report by others player.

Yes you can i have made another mod which can run on PC using emulator like Bluestack or Nox Player
The name is Meta Genesis but this emulator version is still on beta stage and not as safe as Android version

No, if there is an update on Mod version you dont need to redownload data you can just copy data from original mlbb to virtual here how to do it.
In other hands when there is content update from mlbb its will automatically download resource inside virtual except for major update on original mlbb apk you need to manually update from playstore and reclone mlbb

Yes you can unlock all skins but is only works in your device that mean enemy cant see your skins it works like skin injector.
